Performance Development is a year-round athletic performance and wellness program designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a youth athlete looking to improve your game, an adult striving for a healthier lifestyle, or a woman seeking a supportive fitness community through Fit Ladies, our program is built to help you reach your goals. Our Speed, Agility & Fitness Program focuses on improving movement, strength, conditioning, balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, and overall physical performance. Rather than specializing in one sport, we develop the foundational athletic skills that benefit participants in football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, track and field, cheerleading, and many other sports. Participants receive expert coaching through structured speed and agility training, strength and conditioning, functional fitness, injury prevention, mobility work, and performance testing. Adults and members of our Fit Ladies program enjoy energizing workouts designed to increase strength, improve cardiovascular health, build confidence, and promote lifelong wellness in a positive, encouraging environment. At Dream Chasers, we believe fitness is for everyone.
